Let's Review!
Fellow Pilots,
As mentioned on Tuesday, we aren't spinning chests at the moment (instead, we're using the freebies to speed upgrades). Part of the rationale is the increased amount of Black Market keys in supply drops - Champion-level drops are 50 keys each, 400 per day, so one can spin a free gold chest every 2.5 days.
Our first gold spin yielded a numerically ominous 666Au. We will report on how quickly we can reach a superchest this way, but preliminary estimates suggest two weeks.
Out there on the interwebs, there is much helpful information for gamers - but there's a ton of crap as well. We took a little time this week to curate a bit on behalf of the many (12-15?) readers here! First, there's a very helpful schedule of Gold/Workshop Point for components offers from War Robots Reddit Moderator Walleye. Also found via the War Robots Reddit is a wicked funny guide to understanding the game and the gamers who play it: YouKnewHere's "Accurate But Incomplete Guide."
SuperDash
There are many videos out there teaching the long dash, double dash, super dash ... call it what you want. After a Redditor got nasty with me for suggesting Feisty Raccoon's tutorial, I dug around for other versions. One I like is by Big JJ, who's got other content worth checking out as well. Big JJ features Strider, which is a welcome addition to the knowledge base.
Hover
Speaking of movement, Dr. Zoso has provided a short but excellent example of why Hover's superior mobility and health makes it a very viable Griffin replacement. At the end of a battle, Hover can get anywhere on the field and make trouble for anyone.
Beginning tomorrow, we will run a series of viability reports on the silver-denominated robots from adjunct Professor Bane. The plan is to begin with Destrier and work our way through to Griffin. Stay tuned,
Dr. Yat

thanks for another great post guys! the superdash is definitely a good tactic to learn, except when it launches you too far into enemy territory. nice job!
