Art of the Assist winners: Taking One For the Team

Fellow Pilots:
Happy Monday!  Professor Zoso will be handling Wednesday's lecture on survival in Inquisitor and Raijin.

"Taking One For The Team" was the first part of the contest, and the hardest for me to pick only two winners.  Check out the MANY entertaining and educational submissions here on the forum.

No movie or game's world is complete without some fan creations, War Robots included.  The U's generous benefactor Harry Hansen has this for you:

For the first winner, Dreamweaver shows why a little offensive capability on your protective bot goes a long way.  Ember is a great choice because of its highly destructive, corner shooting, and shield ignoring nature.

And the Ancilot/Tempest two-step set to the music of the great Otis Redding ...

That's it for the Art of the Assist, folks.  Hope you enjoyed playing a little differently, and that you watch out for your buddies on the battlefields of the future!

Yours in perpetuity,
Dr. Yat

PS: If you aren't already subscribing to SOLVM, you should be!  He is a great pilot and makes highly entertaining videos from which one can learn a bunch.  In this one, his five (5) Griffins wear the enemy down by hitting them and jumping away (he calls Griffin's special ability "the eject button").  I don't think he ever uses it to jump toward an enemy until the outcome is decided.  Moral: you know you are dead if you see SOLVM coming at you through the air ...
